Guide for endusers – MSP’s customers

Customer Environment Overview

In a typical setup, customers will have two primary machines involved in the integration:

  • A management machine (Windows or Mac): This machine is used to control and manage the other devices remotely.
  • A target machine (Windows or Mac): This machine is where the Acronis agent is already installed. This target machine is the one that needs to be remotely accessed and managed.
Step 1: Setting Up Supremo and Connecting Machines
  1. Download and Install Supremo
Ensure you have the latest version of Supremo installed on both your management machine and target machine. You can download it from here.
  2. Log In on Management Machine
On the management machine, run Supremo and log in with the Supremo Console account provided by your MSP.
  3. Add Target Machine to Contacts
Go to Contacts and add the target machine if it is not already available. Start a new control connection with the target machine to exchange updated data for future operations. This connection can be very quick, lasting only a few seconds.

Click on the two arrows icon button next to the target machine to initiate the mapping process. The status of the machine will change to Mapped.
  5. Map All Machines (Optional)
Alternatively, you can click the Map All the Machines button to map all unmapped machines at once.
